Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Subscriptions: These grant you access to all features in the app without any restrictions.
Single Plan Purchase: If you prefer to focus on a specific workout plan, this option gives you access to that particular plan, a workout calendar, your profile page, and access to our community wall. Please note that it doesn't include the Meal Planner, Custom Workouts, and the Step Tracker.
